Instructor - Paddy Moore

Paddy Moore has worked as a building official for 26 years of which 23 have been spent with the Thompson-Nicola Regional District. He has been the Senior Building Inspector for the past 6 years.

He has earned the credentials of a Registered Building Official (RBO), National Certified Building Official (CRBO), Level One Certified Plumbing Official and a Journeyman Carpenter. Prior to becoming a Building Inspector Paddy was a building contractor.

Paddy is active in several professional organizations and he currently holds the position of Vice-President - Education with the Building Officials' Association of BC and sits on the CHBA-Central Interior Board of Directors.

He not only develops course material and facilitates educational workshops for the Canadian Home Builders' Association of BC; he also provides his services to Thompson Rivers University and the Building Officials' Association of BC
