Instructor - Ian Moes

Ian is an associate with Kuhn & Company and practices in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. He has experience in serving construction and business clients with a variety of commercial activities as well as charities and not-for-profit organizations.

Ian has successfully represented clients in the Supreme Court and the Provincial Court of British Columbia, commercial arbitrations, and administrative tribunals. He has published a variety of articles in trade and general media publications in the areas of construction law, constitutional law, and human rights issues.

In his free time, Ian and his wife enjoy playing soccer, travelling and outdoor activities.
