Instructor - Bob Kuhn

Bob is a partner with Kuhn & Company. With over 28 years of experience, Bob is passionate about serving clients as a trusted problem solver. He has served his clients both in and outside the courtroom. He has acted as lead counsel on a number of high profile cases including appearing at the Supreme Court of Canada for Trinity Western University with respect to its successful challenge of decisions made by the BC College of Teachers.

Bob has also served as a director of and counsel for the Canadian Homebuilders Association of British Columbia, and is a founding Trustee of the Residential Construction Institute. He has also given his time to charity work, including serving as Chairman or director of a numerous non-profit entities like Insight for Living Canada and the Canadian Council of Christian Charities.

In addition to writing regularly for various award-winning publications, Bob has lectured for many years throughout Canada on a broad array of legal topics for many groups including, the Canadian Homebuilders Association of B.C., Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia, the University of British Columbia, the Union of British Columbia Municipalities, British Columbia Business Council, Municipal Officers Association, Institute of Chartered Accountants, the International Bonding Surety Conference, and the Provincial Court Judges of British Columbia.

Bob is married with three grown children and is an avid motorcyclist.
