NOTE: When choosing a course be sure to take note of the one-day in-class date and leave yourself enough time to complete the course.
Cut-off Date: The cut-off date will be the date at which time student assignments must be submitted to their instructor for grading! This date will usually be 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the in-class date. The cut-off date is always indicated on the registration confirmation email each student receives upon registering.
The cut-off date is set 21 days prior to the date of the in-class session. Students must have all online tests and assignments submitted for grading by the cut-off date. Once registered for a course, students will receive a confirmation email that will include the cut-off date deadline for their course.
Students, who have not passed, submitted or completed the required online tests and assignments by the cut-off date will receive an automatic email notification notifying them of their failure to meet the deadline. Please click on the 'Refund/Cut-off Date Policies' tab at the top of the screen and refer to #5 and #6.
Students may requests to re-register for another existing course of the same title before midnight of the (21 day cut-off period) at no cost. Please note that this option is limited to two (2) occurrences only, after which the student will be charged a $150.00 administrative fee (plus GST) per occurrence for this service.
